The producers of Deadliest Catch and Spike TV are putting together a new reality show called, Coal, which will follow the lives of a couple coal miners in West Virginia!!
Although the series has been in development for over a year, the recent rescue of the 33 Chilean miners has demonstrated how popular treacherous the job can be, and helped to speed up the process.
The series will center on co-owners of Westchester's Cobalt Mine, Mike Crowder and Tom Roberts - It will cover every aspect of the job, including their families and community.
Spike will premiere 10 episodes of the one-hour show in April 2011.
