Actor Cory Monteith and singer Taylor Swift were not together for Valentine's Day, but that didn't stop the two from sharing their feelings for each other!!

"Cory made sure [Taylor] had an amazing day. He got a delivery service to give her roses, a stuffed animal toy and a card he wrote. He's really trying to keep their connection alive while she tours. They text each other almost every night!"
