I’M SHOCKED!! Since our interview and post of Toronto Maple Leaf winger, Jiri Tlusty we’ve been sent over 1,000 emails… but we just got one email that shocked us… NAKED PICTURES of Jiri that he sent to some girl he met on the internet!!
The story about these pictures goes like this… A girl on Facebook added Jiri and started chatting, and then dared him to send her some naked pictures.. and that’s how we have these… Poor Jiri. You shouldn’t email pictures of yourself to girls in Canada… North America is watching you… your a Maple Leaf now!!

Sorry to tell you but once a pic is posted on a public internet site then it becomes public domain. This law firm is simply trying to scare you into taking the pics down. If Jiri sent these pics himself to a myspace account that is as good as going public with them.

The person above who claimed that posting a picture on the net makes it public domain is wrong, I’m sorry to say. Copyright ALWAYS belongs to the creator or owner unless explicitly stated otherwise, regardless of what is done with the image. Whether that makes any practical difference in the real world is another issue.
My thing is. hockey players send lots of naked photos of themselfs out to girls.. but, your suppose to leave your face out of the picture.. if his face was out of the picture, there would of been no proof on who it was…

I found out from Mom that you can see the search words on Google that people use to lead them to this blog. She tried to hide some of the words from me, but there they were: “Ugly, fat, cat.” And those heartless words, typed into Google Images, directed them to my pictures in my flowered hat. That’s way harsh, man. Hissssss! A pox on your house! I like my flowered hat and think I look rather fetching in it. And the other cats displayed under those scurrilous words were pretty too.
